Order Checklist:
Avoid production delays; make sure your order is complete!
• Include correct product style, color of product, and exact quantities
• Include imprint color(s), and correct imprint location(s)
• Include anticipated in-hands date of product
• Confirm a ship-to-address and method of delivery
• Include contact name, phone and fax numbers(s), and e-mail address
Order Minimums:
Screen printing
• 12 piece minimum order (or re-order) to avoid $25.00 fee
Promotional Products
• Minimum quantities vary depending on selected products(s). Absolute
minimum quantity will be provided (per item) with quote prior to an order being placed.
Production Time:
Screen Printing and Embroidery
• Standard service for in-house production is 10 working days depending on art
involvement and product availability.
• If an order is needed quicker than 10 working days, rush service is available.
Promotional Products and Customer Orders (Domestic & Overseas)
• A production service estimate will be provided with quote prior to an order
placed.
General Payment Information:
• Due upon delivery unless prior arrangements are made
• Credit Card Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card. Please be prepared to provide
cardholder’s name, the cards billing address, zip, account number, expiration date and
3 digit authorization code located on the back of the card.
